It was another wonderful day with my sisters. This morning we went on a tour of Chimney Rock and saw the ancient Indian ruins. Wow, just awesome. Tonight 2 of Jeanie and Joe's friends came over for vegetarian/vegan dinner. After dinner we sang Sacred Animal Songs (not all 144) and it was so much fun! Then Lindsay, who is a hypnotherapist, led us in a group meditation to talk with the spirits of this land. There is an owl outside the window who has been screeching the whole time I have been writing this.

I tried emailing you at other sites. Don't know if you're aware that there has been a chemical spill at Carter Lake and folks weren't allowed out of their homes. I think it's better now. Hope your cats are ok and that someone is watching them. Have a safe trip back. Love you, Josie
